DEVELOPMENT OF LITERATURE-MEDIATED LEARNING

The present article considers the studies developed from an ongoing research project that was approved by EDITAL MAIS EXTENSÃO Nº 02/2018 – PROEXAE/UEMA, and whose objective is to use the literature to promote the construction of formative spaces that contribute to the process of reflection on the importance of reading and writing as a social practice in AldeiasAltas – MA city, more specifically in the modality of teaching directed to young people, adults and the elderly with little schooling. In this perspective, theoretical readings by Durante (1978), Lajolo (1999), Freire (2005; 2011), Schwartz (2012), Candido (2004) and others, were taken, in order to obtain necessary subsidies not only for the acquisition of the knowledge of the target audience, but also with the intention of elaborating effective actions.
