The Hero's Journey, popularized by Campbell, is fundamental to storytelling, creating captivating stories. Here, the Monomyth is explored in the context of tabletop role-playing games, in which players take on the roles of characters in adventures. The following Ordem Paranormal campaigns are analyzed: 'The Secret in the Forest' and 'Unconjunction', broadcast by Rafael Lange, on Twitch TV. The focus is on the journey of César Cohen, played by Thiago Campos, and how he faces challenges that test his skills and values, allowing his growth throughout the campaign. The narrative structure of the monomyth allows the exploration of universal themes, such as the search for identity and the struggle between good and evil. In addition to entertaining the public, the Journey leads to reflections and deep emotional connections with the story and the character, even within a game. Based on the theories of Campbell (1997), Lortz (1979), etc., we seek to understand the impact of the Hero's Journey on RPGs and interactive storytelling.
