HOME EXERCISE EDUCATIONAL PRODUCT: EXPERIENCE REPORT OF THE GUIDING BOOKLE CREATION.

We can consider as physical exercises any activity elaborated in a systematic way in a comprehensive way that has as main objective the best physical performance. Over time, man has changed his habits, especially food, and this contributes to making part of society sedentary. In today's industrial society, there are countless physical and mental problems that the population faces. Problems such as depression, anxiety, diabetes, blood pressure, among others. The practice of regular physical exercises is capable of providing physical and mental well-being and alleviating the health problems mentioned above. Thinking in this way, the present work sought to work in a lucid way, through a guiding booklet the importance of the practice of physical exercises. Through the booklet, we inform the population about the benefits of physical exercises as well as exercises to be performed.
