The applicability of digital technologies in various sectors of society, in emphasis on the educational sector, proved essential for the continuity of activities, given the pandemic moment. Taking into account the growing demand and application of technology in the school environment, due to the readjustment imposed by the pandemic, this study aimed to make a balance of academic productions about the use of DICT's in the teaching of Biology in Brazil, also encompassing non-digital technological means. For this, a bibliographic research was carried out, of the state-of-the-art type, of qualiquantitative, exploratory, descriptive and analytical nature, adopting the bibliographic survey for data collection, and as a time frame the period from 2012 to 2021. The results are presented through two tables, wheresought to present first the academic production in general on the theme of this work, which dealt with any technological resources used to the teaching of Biology, in the second table, we emphasized the stricto sensu level productions that deal with the use of DICTs in biology education. The quantitative ones presented by both tables denote the considerable insertion of technologies in The Brazilian Biology Teaching, demonstrating that this utility can substantially leverage the teaching and learning process of students.
