Abstract

This book leads to important questions, which factors interfere with the perception of safety in Rio Branco? What are the characteristics of these factors? In answering these questions, the purpose is to measure the safety level of the population of Rio Branco, as well as to identify the profile of the victims and perpetrators, and the determinants of the modus operandi. More specifically, the aim of this paper is to identify the profile of victims and perpetrators of homicides in Rio Branco from 2013 to 2015, and to recognize the perception of public safety through the manifestation of the Rio Branco population in September. of 2018.
