Sustainable development and legal instruments in the scope of environmental expertise

Abstract

The work refers to a bibliographic research focused on the reflection of the relationship between between sustainable development and its relationship with environmental expertise, addressing legal aspects of Brazilian legislation. Taking into account the current discussion on issues involving preservation and conservation, the main justification for the research is to contribute to the construction of theoretical materials about the subject, above all by emphasizing the importance of the role of expertise and the environmental expert as an assistant to the law in protecting resources and ensuring their use for future generations.
