Supervised internship in chemistry: the challenges, reflections and contributions to teacher education in Pernambuco

This work consists in the compilation of the experiences experienced in the supervised internship in a Chemistry-Bachelor's course in the wild of Pernambuco, as well as reflections on its contribution in the initial formation of teachers. This curricular component is subdivided into theoretical part that covers discussions of texts, seminars and micro regency about its importance in teaching practice. In addition to the structured practical part in moments of observations of the classes and interview with the supervisor, analysis of the physical structure and documents of the school field. Thus, it is intended to draw the attention of undergraduates to the responsibility of experiencing this moment in their graduation as a source of positive experience in their practice in the classroom of how to be a teacher. It was evidenced that there is a problematization and reflection on classes and regency, where the graduate thinks about the strategies used by him and the teacher, and reflects on the actions carried out always seeking to improve the teaching practice in construction.
