Teaching practice supervision in sciences: report about teaching practice in elementary school

Abstract

Supervision in teacher education objective to effectiveness of the teacher profession closer to the school environment, which makes it possible to obtain practical knowledge in the classroom. This article aims to report the experiences of teaching in the classroom and present the daily life of trainees in the Science: Biology and Chemistry at Federal University of Amazon in public school, Coari city, Amazonas. Methodology was qualitative, descriptive and exploratory approach. The internship was 20 hours of observation and 25 hours of conducting in the classroom in the 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th grades of elementary school II. It is possible to identify some infrastructure difficulties and improve teaching knowledge, using didactic methodologies to improve students' teaching and learning.
