The methodology consisted of making an identification of bibliographic sources, elaborating the sequence and application. The results showed that the use of audiovisual resources has great potential in teaching chemistry for the EJA teaching modality, facilitating the learning of the contents providing students with critical thinking about the facts studied for a better understanding of the world around them and inserting technology in this process since it is so present in our environment. But it is worth mentioning that this is just another didactic resource and that to obtain positive results it should not be used randomly, that is, in any case, it is necessary an adequate planning taking into account some factors, such as objectives to be achieved, choosing a moment right among others.
