Ora-pro-nóbis has high nutritional quality, but there is little information about the characterization of genotypes regarding characters of agronomic importance. The main objective of this work was to characterize the productive potential of seven ora-pro-nóbis clones: EH1, EH3, EH6, EH9, EH19, EH25 and EH28 Tradicional MG. These genotypes were planted in Canoinhas-SC at a spacing of 1.0 m between plants and 1.0 m between rows in randomized blocks with five replications of one plant per experimental plot. Planting was carried out in 2021, and eight successive harvests were carried out until 2023. In each harvest, the weight of leaves and stems of each plant was determined and, in one of the harvests, the dry matter content of the leaves was determined. The data were subjected to joint analysis of variance and Scott & Knott mean grouping. The repeatability coefficient was also determined. It was observed that the EH3 and EH6 genotypes were the most productive, while the EH9 genotype, followed by EH19, presented the highest percentage of dry matter in the leaves, with 16.77% and 15.50% respectively. It was also observed that two to five evaluations are sufficient to characterize the yield of leaves and stems of ora-pro-nóbis in the design used in the present study.
