Abstract

This article presents the result of a research that aimed to analyze how the visual aspects of a didactic game in inorganic chemistry, called LigCart, can contribute to the teaching or learning of chemical bonds content. It is a research with a quali-quantitative approach, using the descriptive research methodology. The research subjects were 26 full-time technical high school students from a state school in the city of Juru - PB. For the analysis of the game, a semi-structured questionnaire was applied, developed via Google Forms on the online platform, containing five questions with the objective of identifying the students' understanding and suggestions regarding the visual aspects of the material made based on the C1 categories ( non-representative visual forms) and C2 (representative visual forms). Qualitative data were examined from content analysis and quantitative using descriptive statistics. The results point to a need for analysis of the visual aspects of the didactic games by the students themselves in which the material is intended, both in non-representative visual forms and in the representative visual forms of the material for teaching Chemistry.
