This paper aims to identify the methodological characteristics of 'research on own practice' in teaching Chemistry (PSPP-EQ) developed during the supervised internship in Chemistry at the State University of Ponta Grossa (UEPG) in 2016, present in the final results of the project of the trainees of this course. The present investigation is a qualitative, exploratory and documentary research, carried out on 14 articles resulting from supervised internship activities of the UEPG Chemistry course in 2016, developed with the support of content analysis. The results point to an interaction between classic elements of research and teaching in elementary school, with a specific view of chemistry teaching, as well as content approach where graduate students have higher conceptual domain.
