Supervised internship and its contributions to undergraduates: Approach to existing public policies that offer contribution to teacher training and performance

The present work will discuss the importance of the Supervised Internship, a proposal of practical activity required within the degree courses, which is also an access bridge so that a perspective of the real role of the teacher in the school environment can be acquired. The Supervised Internship has as a maximum evolution of the future teacher with all the actions that occur within the school, technical, thus, an understanding of the theories studied during graduation. In this sense, this work in bibliographic review format presents the need to reflect on this experience of existing practice within the formation of undergraduate courses, considering that, as undergraduate degrees, they are essential for success in the country's educational model. . Given this, this study concludes that the Supervised Internship proposes not only an initial experience for the future teacher, but also contributes so that the future teacher can acquire an identity to act within their profession.
