Pedagogical Residence: experimental activities in chemistry teaching

The article aims show relevant points of experimental activities to chemistry teaching. The method applied was realized in Pedagogical Residency Program, Chemistry nucleus, in Coari city, Amazon, Brazil, with 4 stages: diagnosis, observation, experimental practice and exposure of experiments at a Science Fair. The results showed that the students were able to apply in practice the contents that had been studied in theory and that this enabled a greater interest in the discipline. The activities carried out contributed to the development and learning in Chemistry.
