Abstract

Technological advances and changes that have taken place throughout history reveal the importance of using new materials and teaching resources in order to ensure success in the teaching and learning process. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, teachers and students of Basic Education faced the emergency in adopting remote education during their classes. Thus, the objective was to develop a digital didactic material to aid in the remote teaching of Organic Chemistry in Basic Education in schools in the city of Itacoatiara-AM in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic. The material was prepared by graduation students at the Federal University of Amazonas and distributed to 8 Chemistry teachers who work in the public network of the municipality. Through the teachers' reports, the material made and will make a big difference in the planning and teaching classes, in addition to assisting them in the emergency adoption of remote teaching.
