About the Journal
Focus and Scope
The electronic journal Scientia Naturalis is intended for the publication of scientific papers originating from research in the areas of Chemistry, Physics, Biological Sciences, Agrarian Sciences, and Science Teaching. These include scientific articles, experience reports, technical notes, and general issues. The journal is presented to the academic-scientific community in semiannual editions and in occasional supplementary editions. It publishes complete manuscripts on relevant and current topics, in addition to annals of national and international scientific events within the scope of the journal.
Peer Review Process
The evaluation system adopted by the electronic journal Scientia Naturalis prioritizes ethics in research and information dissemination, respecting the current legislation. The submitted manuscript will be previously analyzed by the Editorial Board, which will consider: partial or total overlapping with other works, formatting in accordance with the publication rules, and conflicts of interest. The selected manuscripts will be sent to at least two ad hoc reviewers within the research area of the article, from educational or research institutions different from those of the author (s). The Editorial Board will keep confidentiality of authors and reviewers.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
