Abstract

The present work aims to contribute to the expansion of technical knowledge in Reading and Writing for workers of the UFAC institution and the external public, through PET LETRAS. Improving this, the personal and social development of women and men outsourced workers who work in the area of ​​general services at the Federal University of Acre, considering all citizens are literate and the use of reading and writing is intended to convey your world knowledge. The basic idea of ​​this workshop proposal is literacy, according to the meaning inserted in the book Literacy: a theme in three genres, by Magda Soares (1998).
