O QUE A SÉRIE BLACK MIRROR PODE DIZER ÀS NOSSAS PRÁTICAS PEDAGÓGICAS

Resumo

Nos últimos anos, a tecnologia experimentou avanços importantes. A série de televisão britânica "Black Mirror" destaca vários cenários em que esses ditos avanços poderiam potencialmente levar a uma sociedade distópica. Este artigo tem foco no terceiro episódio da primeira temporada de Black Mirror, intitulado “The Entire History of You”. O episódio é ambientado em um mundo no qual a maioria dos humanos tem um dispositivo chamado “Grain” implantado em seus corpos. O Grain captura as imagens vistas pelos olhos do usuário e as registra, para que possa assistir momentos anteriores de sua vida. O objetivo do artigo é tomar o episódio descrito como ponto de partida para discutir seu contexto no âmbito educacional em três perspectivas, o artefato em si, e sua possível inserção no cenário educacional; a questão ética envolvida, que permeia e deve ser debatida; e, a defesa de uma modernidade onde a tecnologia deve ser parte do cenário educacional para habilitar a cidadania no mundo digital.
